Hi, I'm Daniel Ellis Townsend from Cherry Hill, NJ, and I love macarons.
What started as a COVID lockdown hobby quickly turned into a passion, with my daughter proudly serving as my most loyal (and non-paying!) customer. I make all my fruit fillings using real freeze-dried fruit for bold, authentic flavor in every bite.
